Mimosa Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This is the 1st Mimosa Sauvignon Blanc with a proportion of Sémillion . This component gives it a touch of elegance and emphasizes the fruit. The wine is also characterized by depth and complexity. Extremely strong, mineral and rich in aroma. Nice spiciness with length. A pleasure for an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a meal.

The nose of the wine smells of passion fruit, green apple, lychee and lime. The palate has good, crisp acidity with aromas of green fig, leafy herbs, citrus flowers and mascarpone. A multi-layered, incredibly complex and elegant Sauvignon Blanc.

ECOLOGY
Wein & Kap introduces an ecological innovation. The cork is celebrating a comeback in the Mimosa Sauvignon Blanc 2022 and is replacing the screw cap previously used. This cannot be grown naturally like cork. Because cork is a resource that can be recycled and used for many things. This is good for the planet and contributes to the preservation of the cork oak forests in Portugal. With this small change (more will follow) of putting the cork back in the Sauvignon Blanc bottle, we want to help make wine more sustainable. Experts say that in addition to their environmental benefits, corks also help wines develop more naturally.
